Maintenance requests are notifications made to report issues or request repairs in a building or facility. They can include problems like leaks, broken equipment, or other maintenance needs.

Building and Fabrication service requests are available on project basis. Typical requests include props, photo backdrops and stage sets.  All projects are scheduled and completed in order of priority. 

If you have a security emergency where lives are in danger, CALL 911.

Security requests can be made for  help with any event needing extra supervision and safety. If you have an event that is not listed the reservation/scheduling system, please submit a request here to notify the security team.   

Use our scheduling system  to request equipment, beverages, ice or linen for your meetings or events.  Use this to  requests for anything outside of the scheduling system or in an emergency. 

Fleet Service requests are used for reserving vehicles, scheduling repairs and maintenance. Use this option to request service for church cars, trucks, golf carts and heavy equipment

Janitorial service requests are available  for urgent cleaning  needs.  This includes restroom cleaning and maintenance, office and room cleaning, along with patio trash removal.

Logistics requests can be made for  help shipping & receiving,  office moves, and moving or storing  furniture and equipment.
